Brand Strategist
(Freelance/Part Time/Full Time)

 

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and solutions-oriented Brand Strategist to join our fast-growing team at our Hong Kong headquarters. You should have a strong analytical mind to craft compelling brand stories and strategies that deliver results. You are responsible for conducting extensive research, analyzing findings, making recommendations, presenting to clients and briefing creatives. You should be a strategic thinker with a knack for uncovering consumer insights that inform strategy development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop brand architecture, positioning and strategies for clients across a variety of industries

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth

- Develop brand messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences

- Collaborate with our design team to ensure brand messaging and visual identity align

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing success

- Monitor brand performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics

- Measure and report on the success of brand strategies, adjusting as needed

- Assist and spear head overall company writing materials

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in an agency setting

- Strong knowledge of market research and analysis

- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour
