Why do I need a brand strategy? +

Branding and design can make or break a company in today’s competitive market, in Hong Kong and across the globe. As such, a brand strategy is essential for any effective branding exercise. The strategy serves as the foundation of your brand, offers clarity on your target demographic, position, competition, and personality, and informs why we make certain design decisions. Without a solid brand strategy, you cannot be sure that your branding will attract the right customers.

Why do I need a brand narrative? +

A brand narrative is a story or platform that will help define the guiding aesthetics and substance of the brand. As a Hong Kong based branding agency and design company, we create and use this narrative to help maintain the visual language throughout our design processes. It helps us define the principles and philosophy for the graphic design and major elements of importance that help distill the design, and is a major part of the branding process.

Can you do a logo-only package? +

We currently do not offer logo-only packages. Our Hong Kong creative agency believes that a strong branding or rebranding exercise is far more holistic than its individual pieces, and requires a solid foundation for overall brand development – hence, we offer more comprehensive design packages in addition to logos only.

Can I hire you guys for updates? +

Absolutely. As one of the most trusted branding agencies in Hong Kong, we offer a retainer program for existing clients of our branding studio. We also offer add-on deliverables which will be billed separately from the original branding package. For new clients, we only accept add-on design deliverables if you already have a strong identity system in place.

How long will it take? +

Estimates are provided for each project. However, the process can be much shorter or much longer depending on your timely communication with our branding consultants, designers, and the scope of design work.

Do you have any special prices? +

Yes, we offer discounted rates for clients that are looking for our 'full-service' design. Existing clients or organisations committed to good causes also get to enjoy our discounted rates.

What is the process like? +

Like any other branding company or consultancy, we have a framework/process that we follow to create effective brands. We start off with a stakeholder interview to get a comprehensive understanding of what you need and where we can input our creative work. A tailored client proposal will then be created for you, keeping your brand identity at the forefront.

What can you guys include? +

Our full scope of service includes brand audit & strategy, brand narrative, visual identity development, brand collateral implementation, production management and so on. However, each client is unique, and we prefer to tailor branding design packages specific to a client's needs.

What other services do you provide? +
